- Copy of the 1st page of passport with translation into Ukrainian

- Executing or charging passport documents
- Execution of citizenship
- Execution\prolongation of PRP certificate
- Execution of armorial bearing license
- Execution of license for working with drugs and psychoactive drugs
- Execution of documents for social supply authorities
- Submitting to banking establishments
